Right now, we deliver only within India.

- • Orders can be delivered only to locations and pin codes that are serviceable by our courier partners
If your area isn't serviceable yet, we promise it's not intentional — we're continuously working to expand coverage.
2. How Shipping Partners Are Chosen
To make deliveries efficient and reliable, Brakeup works with multiple trusted courier and logistics partners across India.
For every order:
- • The courier partner is automatically selected by our system
- • The selection depends on factors like:
- • Your delivery location
- • Pin code serviceability
- • Courier reliability in that area
- • Package size and weight
- • Seller's dispatch location
- • Overall delivery efficiency
Because of this automated process:
- • Customers cannot manually choose or change the courier partner
- • Brakeup does not own delivery vehicles — we rely on independent courier companies to deliver your order
3. Shipping Charges (No Surprises)
We believe in transparency. Any applicable shipping charges are clearly shown before you complete payment.
Shipping costs may vary based on:

4. Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is confirmed, we usually process and dispatch it within up to 5 business days. In most cases, sellers dispatch earlier depending on stock availability and operational factors.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Sometimes dispatch may take a little longer due to high order volumes or sales, seller-side delays, regulatory checks, operational challenges, or unavoidable events like weather issues, strikes, or transport disruptions. We always try our best.
5. Delivery Timelines (What to Expect)
Delivery time depends on your location, courier partner, and local conditions. Any delivery dates shown on the website or shared via messages are always estimates.
Delays can happen due to courier operations, weather conditions, government inspections or restrictions, incorrect or incomplete address details, or customer unavailability during delivery attempts.
6. Delivery Address – Please Double-Check
To avoid delivery issues, please make sure your delivery address is complete, accurate, and serviceable. Once an order is placed, the delivery address cannot be changed.
If an order is returned because the address is incorrect or incomplete, or delivery repeatedly fails, the order may be cancelled and returned to the seller.

Tracking updates come from courier partners, so there may occasionally be delays or inaccuracies. This is outside Brakeup's direct control, but we're happy to assist if needed.
